1.     Were the Sons of Liberty terrorists (1, 2) or freedom-fighters (Paine, DoI)?
2.     Are freedom and democracy uniquely American ideals (Paine, DoI)?
3.     Should the colonies separate from the British empire (1, 2)(Paine, DoI)?
